Aero 80 Series Dry Ice Blast Cleaning Systems

The Aero 80 Series Blast Systems comes complete with one length of blast hose, one length of air hose, standard applicator (applicator with light for Aero 80 DX and Aero 80 HP), customer specified nozzle with handle (if applicable), static bond cable, nozzle hanger, hose wrap (qty 2), hose carrier (qty 2), and the following items for the Aero 80 DX and Aero 80 HP: hose hangers (right and left), cord wrap, extension cord, retractable static ground reel and dry ice recycling bag.

Cold Jet’s nozzles
Cold Jet’s nozzles are designed to maximize performance whatever the application. Broad or precise cleaning, hard to reach areas or working in a confined space, our line of nozzles will exceed your expectations. Pressure range is <140 psi (9.7 bar) unless noted with (*) which indicates pressure range to be >140 psi (9.7 bar).

Applicators

AeroTech Blast Applicator
	Lightweight applicator with a low center of gravity significantly reduces arm fatigue. Single-finger trigger allows easy control of blasting power. Safety on/off switch to ensure safety when not blasting. Switch allows the ability to blast with “Air Only” when purging the system and “Air and Ice” when ready to clean. Integrated Quick Change feature enables operators to change nozzles safely and easily. Military-Grade light attachment mounted on top of Applicator will illuminate area being cleaned. Tight Access Blast Applicator
	Lightweight, simple & easy design for better control of blasting in areas where the access is tight. Single-finger trigger allows easy control of blasting power. Safety on/off switch to ensure safety when not blasting. Part #: 2E0350 2E0350-1 (includes QCM)
Remote Switch
	Remote start/stop station for fixed applications. Connects directly to blast control cable. Part #: 2G1137
Hand Switch
	Eliminates the need for hand-held applicator. Can be attached to the blast hose, extension tube or hand held. “Deadman style” safety button. Part #: 2E0258
Foot Switch
	Eliminates the need for a hand-held control switch. Allows nozzle to be attached directly to the blast hose for better ergonomics. “Deadman style” safety foot pedal. Part #: 2G1070
